“This was a pleasant and clean place to wait for repairs. You were able to get me in on the same day I called, which was needed before a trip I was taking. You had a loaner car for me to use. Some pressure to do a lot more repairs totaling a lot of money. Of course I am always interested in being proactive so that my cars don’t break down on the road or cause an accident. But it is sometimes hard to discern what is really needed and what is a sales pitch. I understand that is necessary too to run a business.”
